Role Summary
We are looking for an experiencedScrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams in a fast-paced airline environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide clear executive-level status reporting.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining delivery focus.
- Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
- Excellent ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such asJira andConfluence.
Preferred
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
