VOS MISSIONS :
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Commercial(e) expérimenté(e) pour piloter la performance de nos marquesEcover etMethod en France, au sein de notre division Lifestyle Brands. Ce rôle stratégique offre l’opportunité d’influencer directement la croissance commerciale et la position premium de nos marques sur le marché.
En tant que Responsable Commercial(e), vous serez basé(e) dans notre bureau parisien et rattaché(e) au Country Leader FBNL. Vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de l’organisation commerciale locale et européenne.
Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipesCategory Management, Marketing, Innovation (NPD), Supply Chain et Finance afin de définir et exécuter la stratégie commerciale, tout en atteignant les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilité.
Vous interviendrez à la fois sur les partenaires HFT, les distributeurs et le circuit GMS en France.
RESPONSABILITES:
- Piloter la performance commerciale : atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires, volumes et marges sur vos comptes.
- Gérer les comptes clés : négocier les accords commerciaux, piloter les conditions tarifaires et les plans promotionnels.
- Développer une stratégie de croissance : construire des plans commerciaux solides, basés sur des analyses data et des insights marché.
- Renforcer les relations clients : développer des partenariats durables avec les enseignes et générer un avantage concurrentiel.
- Storytelling et influence : créer des présentations percutantes basées sur des insights pour maximiser l’impact commercial.
- Prévisions et collaboration Supply Chain : assurer l’alignement entre les ventes et les forecasts mensuels.
- Activation promotionnelle : concevoir des plans promotionnels innovants et ROIstes.
- Ambassadeur des marques : renforcer le positionnement différenciant et durable de Ecover & Method.
- Culture & valeurs : contribuer activement à une culture d’équipe engagée, collaborative et performante.
EXPERIENCE:
- Expérience significative enFMCG avec un solide parcours en Account Management.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (environnement international).
- Expérience dans la gestion de P&L et les négociations annuelles.
- Forte orientation business et capacité d’analyse data.
- Capacité à identifier rapidement des opportunités et à les transformer en actions concrètes.
- Excellente gestion des priorités dans un environnement exigeant.
- Compétences relationnelles et d’influence de haut niveau.
- Maîtrise d’Excel et forte appétence pour les analyses chiffrées.

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lead for France to join our Lifestyle Brands team and be responsible for both our Ecover and Method brands. At LSB we are on a constant quest to continue our leadership and influence by challenging the organisation to reach unchartered heights. This applies to everything we do; especially having incredible leaders at all levels of the organisation. In this spirit, we are looking for you as a high-potential to drive top and bottom line performance. You will work with our HFT partners and distributors, but you will also work on the French grocery channel.
You will be based in our new office in Paris alongside our colleagues from International Consumer Brands. You will be reporting to the FBNL Country Leader. Your role plays a pivotal part in both the local and the European sales organisation. Working directly with category, brand experience, new product development, operations and finance to create and drive the strategy and deliver the business’ sales and profit targets. At LSB we look for those with initiative and passion to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver operating budget for your accounts. Be resourceful and employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value, gross margin and volume targets for your customers. Manage the trade terms, agreements, price increases and promotional plans. Manage and maintain a bottom up plan and provide clarity to the leadership team on an on-going. Develop commercial solutions to issues and ensure stretching targets are set with clear rationales as to growth levers and execution plans.
- Relationship Retail. Continue to drive our retailer relationships to the next level. Know what you need to do to keep your customers happy operationally, whilst bringing the fun and being disruptive, delivering competitive advantage for LSB in your accounts.
- Build compelling stories and sell with impact.It’s your challenge to build sustainable distribution, sales and profitability of existing and new product lines within the customer. You bring deep customer understanding together with market and consumer insight for your biggest accounts. You will lead the analysis of data sources, working with the category team to develop the account strategy on communication and execution.
- Collaborate with supply chain on the forecast.Using data analysis and through collaborative work with supply chain team, deliver planned sales in line with the monthly forecast.
- Develop a spend savvy promotional plan for your customers.Determine the key activity moments and use commercial and category insights to experiment with new mechanics.
- Serve as an Ecover + Method role model and advocate internally and externally. You will make sure we are further positioning our brands as differentiated and value-driven to support our premium positioning and drive green category value.

Experience you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in FMCG, including a strong track record in Account Management.
- Fluent in French and English, confident managing relationships in an international environment.
- Proven experience owning account P&Ls and leading annual negotiations, delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
- A highly commercial, data‑driven mindset, comfortable leveraging insights across both sales and trade marketing.
- A proactive, self‑starter attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into action with pace and impact.
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
