Job Title: Junior Product Development Scientist
Location: Summit, NJ
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate : $39.34 /hr. on W2- No benefits
Junior Product Development Scientist with hands-on experience supporting skincare product formulation development, laboratory testing, and scientific evaluation. Skilled in preparing and batching multiple formulation iterations, conducting stability studies, analyzing test results, and maintaining accurate technical documentation throughout the product development lifecycle. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities while ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
Effective collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments, supporting product innovation from concept through development. Recognized for strong organizational and time management skills, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous learning. Committed to developing high-quality, consumer-focused products that meet business objectives while contributing positively to team success and innovation initiatives.
