Customer Support Associate

You would be part of core Customer Service Department Team of Ayvens India and would be primarily involved in providing customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/ Portal Booking.

Your main responsibilities would comprise of:

▪ Provide customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/Portal Booking

▪ Provide Customers with regular updates and service information. ▪ Coordinate updating of Customer database.

▪ Proactive identification of priority issues to curb escalation.

▪ Ensure coordination between all departments regarding Customer touch points(interface).

▪ Responsible to capture Customer feedback at various stages.

▪ Keep an overview of complaints and drive for amicable resolution.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream

• Minimum work experience of 2 years in Customer Service • Excellent communication skills (Read/Write/Speak) English.

• Excellent communication skills (Speak/Read) Hindi.

• Any one from Call Center & Automotive Industry background would be an added advantage.

• Any other languages known will be an added advantage.
