Location: Rabat, Morocco

Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedProject Planner to join our project team in Rabat. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise inPrimavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, proven experience ininfrastructure project planning, and preferably exposure torailway projects and ONCF standards/processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules usingPrimavera P6 and/orMicrosoft Project.
  • Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against approved plans and timelines.
  • Analyze schedule variances, identify risks and delays, and propose mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule integration.
  • Prepare periodic planning reports, dashboards, KPIs, and progress updates for management and clients.
  • Support project forecasting, resource planning, and schedule optimization activities.
  • Participate in project reviews, planning meetings, and risk assessment sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with project planning standards, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain schedule integrity and support project controls functions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of3–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling forinfrastructure projects (transportation, rail, roads, utilities, civil works, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency inPrimavera P6 and/orMicrosoft Project.
  • Solid understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and project controls.
  • Experience in schedule development, progress measurement, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inrailway infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge ofONCF processes, standards, and project execution practices.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and advanced project control methodologies.
  • Experience working on large, complex, or multi-stakeholder infrastructure programs.
