Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Discovery

  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Conduct product discovery: user research, funnel analysis, competitor benchmarking
  • Identify growth and monetization opportunities; validate ideas through hypotheses and MVPs.

Roadmap & Prioritization

  • Build and maintain quarterly/monthly product roadmaps
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user value, effort & risk
  • Balance growth, retention, monetization, and tech initiatives.

Delivery & Execution

  • Translate initiatives into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Own delivery end-to-end: Discovery → Build → Launch → Measure
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Growth & Monetization

  • Own the full product funnel: activation, engagement, course completion, checkout → paid
  • Optimize pricing, paywalls, trial mechanics, and AI upsells
  • Drive MRR and LTV growth.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor core product metrics and run post-launch analysis
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders and adjust roadmap based on data
  • Deliver weekly product reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management forsubscription-based consumer products (mobile app and/or web), ideally in wellness, EdTech, or another high-frequency B2C category
  • Full ownership of at least one product or major surface end to end, you've been the person accountable for the outcome, not just the backlog. You set the strategy, made the calls, shipped, and owned the results (good or bad)
  • Hands-oncustomer development experience: running user interviews, problem discovery, and continuous discovery habits. Talking to users directly and often, not relying on secondhand summaries
  • A workingfeedback loop you've built and owned. Closing the gap between what users say (interviews, reviews, support tickets, community sentiment), what they do (product analytics), and what ships next. You treat feedback as a system, not a one-off exercise
  • Proven track record owningweb2app / web2web funnels from acquisition landing and quiz flows through paywall, checkout, and onboarding - treating the whole funnel asyours to move
  • Strong command ofsubscription analytics: cohort retention (M1/M2+), LTV, ARPU, rebill/churn and the instinct to own the number, dig intowhy it moved, and act without being asked
  • Hands-on experience runningA/B experiments: hypothesis design, prioritization, reading results honestly, and owning the decision to ship, kill, or iterate
  • Fluency with a modernproduct analytics stack (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and revenue data (Stripe), including writing and owningevent specifications rather than delegating instrumentation and hoping it's right
  • Experience owningpaywall, pricing, and monetization - plan structure, promo strategy, regional pricing with clear accountability for revenue impact
  • Confidenceleading cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, QA, analytics, and content. Writing crisp tickets and PRDs/TRDs, unblocking your own dependencies, and owning the delivery timeline end to end
  • English at a B2 level for external documentation and deliverables.

Nice to have

  • Experience inrelationship wellness, mental health, self-help, or microlearning product spaces
  • Familiarity withserver-side attribution (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) and the post-ATT measurement landscape
  • Exposure toApp Store / Play Store review cycles and subscription compliance
  • Experience withLLM/AI-powered product features (AI companions, generated content, upsell instrumentation) and their monetization
  • Track record taking a product throughPMF discovery - segmentation, pain clustering, positioning against competitors
  • Comfort withperformance-marketing collaboration (JTBD-driven creative angles, funnel-to-ad feedback loops).
