Deputy Manager - GST

·         Handling PAN India GST Litigations (20 registrations)

·         Timely correspondence / reply to SCNs / Audits / Notices.

·         Timely renewal of all statutory certifications / permissions w.r.t. GST Act, 2017

·         Responsible for filing of GSTR9/9c for all the registrations across India (20 registrations)

·         Responsible for filing of GSTR-9/9c for KSB Tech Private Limited.

·         Handling Contract Review thorough review of Customer Contract w.r.t. GST and basic insurance clause and providing correct comments, if any.

·         Responsible for providing support to all the business functions / units with respect to GST issues.

·         Responsible for providing legal opinion to all the business units regarding GST.

·         Conducted Periodic training / knowledge sharing session to internal stake holders within different Business units.

·         Update team regarding recent amendments in the GST Act and conduct a training session.

·         Periodical analysis of the business transactions, identify risk and mitigation plan thereof. 

·         Responsible for highlighting and monitoring Cygnet software issues faced by users across PAN India. Responsible for Cygnet development according to recent amendments in the GST Act.

Responsible for preparation of Contingent Liability schedule for KSB Limited and KSB Tech Pvt. Ltd.
