About the Role

TheVideo Content Specialist – Marketing Support is responsible for producing and managing video-driven content across Savvital's marketing initiatives. This role supports the marketing department by creating video content for social media, employer branding, recruitment marketing, client-facing materials, and internal communications.

As marketing requirements continue to grow, this position will own the video production workflow, ensuring high-quality and consistent content delivery while allowing senior marketing team members to focus on strategy, creative direction, and campaign development.

The role will also support recurring departmental marketing tasks and internal branding initiatives as needed.

Role Specifics

  • Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT (aligned with US-based clients)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Candidates are required to workon-site at least twice a week
  • Availability forevent coverage is required

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Editing

Own the creation and editing of video content across Savvital's marketing channels, including:

  • Social media videos (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • VP pitch recordings and edits
  • Brand storytelling videos
  • Life@Savvital culture content
  • Promotional and campaign videos
  • Video creatives for digital marketing campaigns

Responsibilities include:

  • Editing footage into platform-ready formats
  • Ensuring professional audio, pacing, framing, and visual quality
  • Optimizing videos for engagement across platforms
  • Maintaining consistency with Savvital's brand guidelines

2. Platform-Specific Video Content

Adapt videos to meet the requirements of different digital platforms by:

  • Creating vertical-first content
  • Optimizing hooks for social media
  • Adding captions and engagement-focused formatting
  • Delivering platform-specific export formats

Stay current with emerging trends, storytelling techniques, and content formats to continuously improve Savvital's digital presence.

3. Video Ideation & Creative Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for:

  • Social media videos
  • Employer branding
  • Recruitment marketing
  • Company culture initiatives
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Brand storytelling

Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories.

4. Internal Brand & Culture Content

Support internal branding by:

  • Producing Life@Savvital content
  • Capturing company events
  • Editing internal activities
  • Documenting milestones and celebrations
  • Supporting culture campaigns

5. Marketing Campaign Support

Create video assets that support marketing initiatives, including:

  • Campaign creatives
  • Promotional videos
  • Brand storytelling content
  • Announcement videos

Work closely with marketers, designers, and strategists to align creative output with campaign objectives.

6. Departmental Operational Support

Assist with recurring marketing operations, including:

  • VP pitch recording and editing
  • VP profile formatting
  • Employee ID card preparation
  • Internal visual assets
  • Marketing documentation
  • Other departmental creative requirements

These responsibilities help maintain continuity across the marketing function while reducing execution bottlenecks.

7. Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Assistant Manager – Marketing
  • Marketing Team Members
  • Marketing Associates
  • Cross-functional internal teams

Serve as the production support layer that transforms ideas into high-quality visual deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience
  • Experience usingMirrorless or DSLR cameras
    • Approximately30% of content creation involves camera operation
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as:
    • CapCut
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Adobe After Effects
    • or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of social media video formats
  • Excellent creative and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to pacing, composition, audio quality, and visual flow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles

Preferred

  • Experience producing short-form social media content
  • Understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Previous experience working within a marketing or branding team

Role Purpose

This role expands Savvital's internal marketing capabilities by providing dedicated video production support.

By owning the video production process, the Video Content Specialist enables consistent, high-quality content across social media, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and broader marketing initiatives—allowing the team to scale creative output without increasing pressure on existing strategic resources.
