About The Job:
- This role will focus on application onboarding, platform enhancements, and day-to-day operational support.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with IAM platforms, DevOps tools, and automation frameworks to drive efficiency and reliability across our IAM services.
- Lead and support onboarding of applications into the Saviynt platform, including connector configuration, entitlement mapping, and workflow setup.
- Implement and maintain platform improvements, including automation scripts, performance tuning, and feature enhancements.
- Manage and monitor operational activities, such as job executions, issue resolution, and system health checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM services with enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Saviynt configurations and deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for onboarding processes, platform configurations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues.
- Stay current with Saviynt product updates and industry best practices in IAM and DevOps.
