The Global Solution Management Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions is a senior leader charged with leading and coordinating the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across the primary Portfolio Services of Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.Â
This includes the ownership and development of the organization staffing model, identifying detailed savings and improvement plans, technology solutioning, ensuring teams can deliver the solutions, and financial analysis that demonstrates the value proposition to our clients. Â
This position can be based in any major city for ease of travel and collaboration with JLL colleagues and prospective clients.Â
Primary Responsibilities:Â Â
 Â
This role is critical to the success of our sales organization and integrated into all aspects of the sales cycle, from initiation to point of sale. This role is client-facing and will have exposure internally to the complete set of JLL capabilities to solve exceptional platform’s results for our clients with the following responsibilities:Â
Partners with sales leaders, functional subject matter experts, and marketing to create the most tailored, competitive solution possible for each clientÂ
Coordinating the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clientsÂ
Ability to form strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each clientÂ
Assists the sales leader in contracting by helping identify the best business terms language, developing contract exhibits, and conducting get-give analysis as neededÂ
Own the deliverables that will be key for business planningÂ
Participate in client-facing presentation & yellow pads to help diagnose client needs and customize our solutionÂ
Manage, both directly and indirectly, a team of global/regional and service line resources that impact the solutions and proposed service offeringÂ
Financial pricing model (internal budget used during approval processes)Â
Develop and maintain needed benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricingÂ
Communicate with the delivery team and account management organization to help facilitate operational handoffÂ
Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:Â
RequiredÂ
10+ years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills Â
Ability to lead creative or unique solutions development – thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what could be, driving through hurdles, and leading teams to develop unique solutionsÂ
Ability to partner, critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Experts and Brokers to showcase the best of JLL capabilitiesÂ
Strong writing skills, including communicating the complete holistic solution in a concise narrative and executive summary. This role will be responsible for bespoke written responses that share the solutionÂ
Budget owner during negotiations to validate scope and price, identifying any financial or delivery risks for JLL, including completing the internal profitability analysis for JLL. We will need to understand the concepts of our financial models and how to work within themÂ
Strong background in Portfolio Services & understanding of real estate outsourcing to design the right solution based on the client's problemÂ
Help identify additional potential sales or growth opportunities during the solution processÂ
Ability to articulate and present account team, solution structure, delivery approach, and maintenance strategy internally and to clientsÂ
Excellent capacity to listen, articulate what was heard, and mold this into a solutionÂ
Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environmentÂ
Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience Â

Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles strongly preferred
Experience in large, complex solutions for corporate occupiers is preferredÂ
**This a hybrid role; we are open to any location with proximity to a JLL office

Estimated compensation for this position:
225,000.00 – 275,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
