JLL ā Senior Lease Administration Analyst
As a Professional Lease Admin at JLL, you'll serve as a critical point of contact in managing the complete lease administration lifecycle for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role places you at the intersection of real estate operations and client service, where you'll manage lease documentation, coordinate critical dates and obligations, and ensure seamless communication between landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders. Our Lease Administration platform supports a diverse set of client needs from basic management of lease abstractions and critical dates to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits. Work Schedule: Remote, Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET
Reports to: Director, Lease Administration
Estimated base salary for this position is: $55,300 - 63,000
What your day-to-day will look like:Ā
Review, abstract, and maintain lease documents and related agreements in lease administration systems, ensuring data accuracy and completenessĀ
Review CAM and other escalations, real estate tax invoices, and annual landlord reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and lease complianceĀ
Monitor and track critical lease dates including renewals, terminations, rent escalations, and option deadlines, proactively alerting stakeholders of upcoming obligationsĀ
Process reconciliation payments and conduct rent variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure proper financial trackingĀ
Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships while resolving rent and other landlord/tenant issues with professionalism and efficiencyĀ
Coordinate lease execution processes, including document preparation, routing for signatures,Ā andĀ maintainingĀ organizedĀ lease files and audit trailsĀ
Handle data entry and management of Estoppel Certificates and other lease-related documentationĀ
Generate regular reports and analytics on lease portfolio performance, critical dates, and financial obligations to support clientĀ decision-makingĀ
Support special projects as assigned by supervisor while maintaining compliance with company policies and client-specific requirementsĀ
Required qualifications:Ā
3+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or commercial real estate operationsĀ
Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to analyze complex lease-related financial dataĀ
Advanced reading comprehension skills and expertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial lease languageĀ
Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume work environmentĀ
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholdersĀ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with capability to master company-specific accounting and database programsĀ
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.Ā
Preferred qualifications:Ā
Bachelorās degree in accounting, Finance, Law, or related field, or associateās degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Real Estate Lease Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or Property Management.Ā
FinancialĀ dataĀ baseĀ experience.Ā
Familiarity with accounting principles related to lease administration and financialĀ reconciliations.Ā
Experience supporting corporate occupier clients or working within a tenant representation environmentĀ
