Location: Selected candidate must reside in Utah, USA.
What this job involves –  IFS Vendor Coordinator willoversee vendor compliance, communication, and development as well as approvinginvoices. Working closely with theOperation Manager to support allfacility activities. The IFS Vendor Coordinator will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from third-party services.Â

What is yourday-to-day? Â
Perform day-to-day oversight and completion of work orders,providing status updates viathework ordersystemÂ
Provide backup support formeetings Â
Assist in solving problems associated with building services/property management. Â
To ensure proper vendor coverage for customer locations, theIFSVendor Coordinator willinitiate new business vendors while alsomaintaining existing vendor businessrelationshipsÂ
Serve as the vendor's first point of contact while developing strong working relationships with both new and existingvendorsÂ
Collaborate with vendors toidentify and correct serviceconcernsÂ
Additional accountabilities may include setting up and adjusting the status of all vendors in the accounting systems and researching invoices received from vendors not yet in thesystemÂ
Monitor/analyze/report vendor performance and results, including cost, lead time, and vendor issues and/orcomplaintsÂ
Ensuresappropriate follow-up withvendors,team andclientÂ
Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.Â
Assist Finance, Sourcing, and other Account Management team members.Â
Act as the liaison betweentheaccountaccountingteam, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, as needed.Â
Assists with receiving and dispatching work requests to technical staff, vendors, or otherservice providers.Â
Assists with the coordination and scheduling of maintenanceactivitiesÂ
Handle multiple demands/priorities effectively and quickly adapt tochangeÂ
Seeksto improve processes and systems for overall client satisfaction continuously.Â

Required:Â
2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration Â
Associate degree in facilities management, building, business,or other relatedfieldÂ
2+ years of facilities or commercial real estate experience in an admincapacityÂ
Superior customer service skills and orientationÂ
Ability tomaintain professionalism at all times under stressfulsituationsÂ
Ability to plan and manage work under timeconstraints Â
Ability to multitask and work without directsupervision Â
Proficient in MS Office andpossess strong written, verbal, and peopleskillsÂ
Strong organizational skills and collaborative styleÂ

Estimated compensation for this position:
42,000.00 – 65,400.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
