Position OverviewÂ
The Operations Manager will support operational excellence initiatives across JLL's service delivery platforms. This role focuses on executing process improvements, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring consistent service delivery within assigned regions or service lines. The position manages day-to-day operations activities and supports JLL's commitment to delivering high-quality real estate services that meet client expectations and business objectives.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Operational Execution & Process ManagementÂ
Execute operational strategies and initiatives that enhance service delivery effectiveness. Implement standardized operational processes while adapting to regional requirements and client-specific needs. Monitor daily operations to ensure alignment with established procedures and quality standards.Â
Team Coordination & SupportÂ
Partner with operations team members and coordinate activities across assigned locations or service areas. Support team development through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the account.Â
Process Improvement & Quality AssuranceÂ
Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and service quality enhancement. Apply best practices and standard operating procedures in daily operations. Support process improvement initiatives using established methodologies to reduce inefficiencies. Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.Â
Stakeholder CoordinationÂ
Collaborate with service line teams to ensure operational alignment and effective service delivery. Work with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and implement solutions. Communicate operational status, challenges, and improvements to management.Â
Technology UtilizationÂ
Utilize operational technology platforms, tools, and systems to support service delivery. Support implementation of automation and digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Leverage data and reporting tools for operational monitoring and analysis.Â
Compliance & Risk ManagementÂ
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, JLL policies, and client contractual obligations. Follow established business continuity procedures. Identify operational risks and escalate concerns appropriately.Â
Innovative Problem SolvingÂ
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose creative, scalable solutions aligned with global standards. Research and recommend new approaches, tools, or frameworks that could improve consistency or performance across the account. Bring a continuous improvement mindset to every workstream—challenging the status quo and driving smarter ways of working.Â
Reporting & AnalyticsÂ
Support monthly governance reporting by connecting with stakeholders to gather updates on best practice rollouts. Support new hire training initiatives, ensuring hires are on track for account training programs.Â
QualificationsÂ
RequiredÂ
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, operations, or a related fieldÂ
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Knowledge of CMMS and operations technology platforms (Corrigo experience strongly preferred)Â
- Demonstrated ability to support large-scale initiatives and cross-functional programsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work effectively across teams, time zones, and organizational levelsÂ
- Innovative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachÂ
Preferred
- Experience supporting a large corporate real estate or global FM portfolioÂ
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, SharePoint Lists, and Power AutomateÂ
- Knowledge of JLL Work Dynamics tools and processesÂ
- Experience with process improvement, change management, or governance program supportÂ
- Familiarity with system integrations, ticketing platforms, or ITSM toolsÂ

Estimated compensation for this position:
84,600.00 – 109,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
