TheAccount Executive is accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that delight clients and ensure healthy long-term partnerships. This strategic leader must anticipate client needs, deliver exceptional results that outperform key performance indicators, and build high-performing teams that achieve operational excellence while driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.Â
Primary ResponsibilitiesÂ
Exceeding Client Expectations Through Strategic PartnershipÂ
Executes the vision and strategy of the account plan, ensuring client objectives and interests are consistently met and exceededÂ
Acts as a Strategic Partner by connecting teams across regions and services, driving the fundamental mindset and bringing strategic direction to complex client relationshipsÂ
Demonstrates Proactive Leadership by anticipating where clients are heading and positioning teams for success, connecting dots across organizational silosÂ
Develops, manages and implements Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs to regularly gain input and direction from clients ensuring strategic alignmentÂ
Responds to client issues with expedient, professional solutions that strengthen long-term partnershipsÂ
Building and Managing High Performing Teams with AccountabilityÂ
Maintains Strategic Accountability by staying close enough to major work initiatives without micromanaging day-to-day operationsÂ
Ensures the best qualified candidates are hired for all roles on the accountÂ
Builds actionable and measurable career development plans for all direct reportsÂ
Drives Best Practices on account while bringing in external speakers and off-account experts to enhance team capabilitiesÂ
Updates Metro Plans opportunistically rather than limiting updates to the contractual two per year requirementÂ

Advances diversity and inclusion priorities through strategic talent moves including hiring, rotation and promotionÂ
Identifies and grooms successors to key rolesÂ

RequirementsÂ
10+ years of Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate executive leadership experienceÂ
Proven capabilities developing outsourced Integrated Facility Management solutions for Fortune 500 companiesÂ
Extensive experience hiring, training, and retaining large teams (100+) in client service environmentsÂ
Demonstrated budget management experience with strategic financial oversightÂ
Bachelor's degree with broad business experience; MBA or post-graduate studies preferredÂ
Experience operating effectively in complex, large, heavily matrixed organizationsÂ

Estimated compensation for this position:
250,000.00 – 275,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
