We are recruiting on behalf of a major telco enterprise a CRM Data Analyst to join its Enterprise Mobile team. This is a great opportunity for an analytically minded professional in the early stages of their career who wants to build deep expertise in customer value management within one of the most data-intensive environments in the Greek telecoms market.

You will be involved in the full campaign lifecycle — from audience selection and offer design to execution, monitoring, and reporting — working alongside experienced colleagues in a team that values analytical rigour, commercial curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Design, develop, and execute below-the-line targeted campaigns — covering migration, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell — aligned with enterprise mobile commercial objectives
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle — audience selection, offer definition, channel strategy, scheduling, and post-campaign evaluation
  • Track and optimise campaign performance against key metrics (conversion rate, revenue uplift, NPS) and drive optimisation opportunities
  • Analyse customer datasets to identify behavioural patterns, commercial opportunities, and target populations
  • Build and refine customer segmentation models using analytical and data-mining tools (primarily IBM SPSS Modeller)
  • Translate commercial briefs into precise data definitions and campaign audiences
  • Prepare and maintain campaign performance reports and presentations for business stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, CRM), providing data and insight inputs
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, decision-ready summaries

Your Superpowers🚀:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, CVM, marketing analytics, or data analysis — ideally within telecoms or another high-complexity, data-rich industry
  • Hands-on experience with analytical or data-mining tools — IBM SPSS Modeller is a strong plus
  • Solid SQL and experience with CRM/campaign management platforms
  • Strong grasp of customer lifecycle concepts — retention, upsell, cross-sell, churn; B2B or telecoms experience is a bonus
  • A track record of turning data into commercial outcomes — you translate numbers into business stories stakeholders act on
  • Analytical curiosity — you ask 'why' when looking at data and enjoy digging into what's behind a trend
  • Organised and reliable — you manage your time well and follow through on commitments even when priorities shift
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you don't need everything perfectly defined before you start; you ask the right questions and figure things out
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude — good communication matters as much as technical skill
  • Commercial appetite — a genuine interest in how telecoms products and commercial structures work
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related analytical discipline — or equivalent practical experience
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
