This role will focus on connecting user requirements, technical feasibilities and regulatory necessities to shape software products used in biopharmaceutical, GMP-regulated environments.
This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our site in Guxhagen or Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Take ownership of, maintain, prioritize, and continuously improve the Product Backlog of software products used in a GMP environment
Ownproductdirection,makedata-informed,customer-centricdecisionsthatsetclearpriorities andsteertheproducttowardssuccess
TranslatecustomerrequirementsaswellasregulatoryrequirementsintoclearProduct Backlog Itemswith smartacceptancecriteria
CollaboratecloselywithagileProduct Developmentteamstounderstand andrefineProduct Backlog Items
Alignwith internalstakeholders suchasProduct Managers, SoftwareArchitects, UI/UX Designers, Service, and QualitytomaximizethevalueoftheProduct Backlog
Review andapprovecompletedworkoftheProduct Developmentteams
Presentproductfunctionalities indemonstrationstointerestedstakeholders
Ensuretransparency andtakeinitativetocommunicateproductstatus, releasecontent, anddevelopmentprogress
What willconvinceus
Completed degree in natural, life, computer or IT sciences or a technical or scientific qualification relevant to the biopharmaceutical product environment
Experience in product development as well as product or project management, ideallyfor products used inGMP-regulated environments
Knowledge of agile development frameworks such as Scrum orSAFe
Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes,applicableregulatory requirements and their impact on software and product development
Ability to structure, consolidate and represent customer, stakeholder and compliance requirements towards development teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a structured, solution‑ and delivery‑oriented way of working
Excellent English skills; German skills are an advantage
