We are seeking dynamic and technically skilled technical representatives to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative solutions among O&P clinicians and Certified Prosthetist Orthotists (CPOs). 

We are hiring a hands-on Physiotherapist to join SoraStride’s AddiWalk program. The role combines clinical assessment, device fitting and tuning, patient education, and field engagement with doctors and patients. Strong IT literacy and comfort with mobile apps, cloud platforms and basic data entry are essential.
 

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and gait analysis for patients referred for AddiWalk.
• Recommend appropriate AddiWalk configurations and size components based on assessment.
• Fit and tune AddiWalk devices on-site (clinic, hospital, patient home) to optimize comfort and function.
• Train patients and caregivers on device use, maintenance, safe ambulation techniques and home exercise programs.
• Collect and document clinical metrics, patient outcomes and device settings in SoraStride’s digital platform (mobile app).
• Coordinate with referring physicians, orthotists, and multidisciplinary teams; present clinical findings and progress updates.
• Perform follow-up visits to adjust device settings and monitor progress; escalate clinical issues when necessary.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for device mechanics and sensors; liaise with technical team for repairs or escalations.
• Support product demonstrations at doctor clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers and patient outreach events.
• Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and compliance documentation according to company and regulatory standards.
• Contribute clinical feedback to product and workflow improvements.

• Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) with relevant clinical experience (2+ years preferred).
• Proven experience in neurological or musculoskeletal rehabilitation, gait training, or assistive mobility devices.
• Strong IT skills: comfortable using smartphones/tablets, cloud-based apps, email, video calls, and basic spreadsheets.
• Good communication skills in English and local language (Telugu/Hindi depending on location).
• Ability to travel for clinic and home visits; valid local driving license preferred.
• Patient-centered approach, empathetic bedside manner, and strong manual dexterity for fittings.
  
   
• Experience with robotic/assistive mobility devices or orthotic/prosthetic workflows.
• Certification in gait analysis tools or relevant therapeutic certifications.
• Prior experience in field-based device fitting and community outreach.
