Talent Technology Operations Specialist (Workday)

This is an onsite role in Chesapeake, VA.

About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-drivenTalent Technology Operations Specialist to support the systems, tools, and workflows that power our recruiting function. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on configuration experience withWorkday Recruiting, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and supportWorkday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support
• Partner withTalent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
• Manage and maintaindashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights
• Ensuredata accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements
• Supportcompliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintainprocess documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Participate insystem testing efforts for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience inTalent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as aWorkday Recruiting administrator (required)
• Experience administeringCRM tools (preferably Phenom)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Recruiting Pro Certification
• Experience supportingWorkday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles
• Familiarity withreporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis
• Experience in ahigh-volume or retail environment

Projected Salary Range: $69,000 - $77,500
