SAP SuccessFactors

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Consultant with strong implementation expertise and the ability to lead requirement workshops and manage delivery teams. The candidate will play a critical role in driving end-to-end Time Management implementations and supporting global rollouts
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation & Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Off, Time Tracking)
Configure system based on business requirements and solution design
Support build, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), deployment, and hypercare activities
2. Requirements Gathering & Workshops
Drive and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional and configuration design
Review requirement workbooks/templates and finalize design sign-offs
3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary functional point of contact for Time Management
Engage with HR, Payroll, and Business teams to align on requirements
Provide best practice recommendations and solution guidance
4. Testing & Deployment Support
Support test planning and execution (Unit, SIT, UAT)
Coordinate defect resolution and ensure timely closures
Assist in cutover activities and go-live readiness
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
6–10+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Time Management
Experience in multi-country or global rollouts
Functional Expertise
SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central / Time Management)
Strong hands-on experience in:
Time Off
Time Sheet/Time Tracking (preferred
