As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
