Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience inSAP FICO.
• Strong hands-on experience inSAP FI configuration:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
• Strong hands-on experience inSAP CO configuration:
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing
  • Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Experience inSAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support Projects.
• Strong understanding offinancial and controlling business processes.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and preparingfunctional specifications.
• Hands-on experience insystem configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training.
• Experience inend-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
• Experience working withABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
• Knowledge of integration betweenFICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
• Ability to provideproduction support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Good to Have Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• Experience inRTR (Record to Report) processes.
• Exposure toFSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
• Exposure toGroup Reporting.
• Exposure toCentral Finance (CFIN).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and user-training skills.
• Experience in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
