Role: Onsite Tower Lead with expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN)
Role Summary : The Onsite Tower Lead for SAP Central Finance is responsible for overseeing end‐to‐end delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the Corporate/Finance tower, ensuring SLA adherence, operational stability, oversee triage, impact/urgency validation, root‐cause analysis, and prioritization of Finance‐related tickets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with strong S/4HANA exposure
- Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) including AIF, SLT, MDG, mapping, replication, and error handling
- Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery models
- Strong understanding of Finance processes , month‐end close, reconciliations, and cross‐module integrations
- Hands‐on experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenText VIM, Treasury , or other connected systems
- Prior experience in tower lead or service delivery roles
