About the JobĀ 

As Strategic Workforce Planning Expert within our People Insights & AI team, you'll play a critical role in shaping how Sanofi plans its workforce future. Reporting to People Insights Partnership Leader, you'll work closely with our Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) team on day-to-day delivery — building scenarios, optimizing Visier Planning, and producing cross-functional insights that drive smarter decisions. This is a specialist role based in Hyderabad, focused on driving workforce insights across 7 Organizational Developments (ODs) while building capability in business users to become self-sufficient. Over time, you'll also have the opportunity to partner with our Data Science & AI team to sharpen and automate workforce analytics.Ā

Main ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Build, validate, and iterate workforce scenarios across 7 Organizational Developments to inform short-term Operational Workforce Planning and Strategic (SWP)Workforce Planning decisions, turning complex cross-Organizational Development data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholdersĀ 

  • Drive Visier Planning improvements and optimization — not just operating the platform, but actively enhancing it to deliver better insights and efficiencyĀ 

  • Apply SWP methodology consistently across the organization, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and workforce cost modelingĀ 

  • Enable ODs and People Business Partners to become self-sufficient in Visier Planning and SWP, building lasting capability rather than reliance on the SWP teamĀ Ā 

  • Collaborate with the People Insights Partner team across COE topics (skills, talent, D&I, compensation, and more) ensuring workforce planning is connected to and reinforces broader people strategyĀ 

  • Partner with the Data Science & AI team and SWP leads to identify opportunities to sharpen or automate workforce analytics, contributing to continuous innovationĀ 

About YouĀ 

Experience:Ā 

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning and people analytics, with proven ability to translate complex HR data into actionable business insights that drive organizational strategy.Ā 

  • Hands-on experience in emerging platforms— focused on Visier improvement and optimization beyond day-to-day useĀ 

  • Demonstrated ability to train and enable business users — comfortable upskilling others, not just producing analyticsĀ 

Technical Skills:Ā 

  • Strong scenario modeling skills: workforce cost modeling, headcount planning, and sensitivity analysisĀ 

  • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling to translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insightsĀ 

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-enabled analytics platformsĀ 

Education:Ā 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Ā 

Ā Soft Skills:Ā 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with global and cross-functional teamsĀ 

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across organizational boundariesĀ 

  • Curiosity and drive to continuously improve tools, processes, and analytical frameworksĀ

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) requiredĀ
