As part of theSandisk Global IT organization, this role sits at the center of acompany-wide transformation to embed AI into core operations and product innovation.

We are seeking aTechnical Product Manager – Enterprise Data & AI to drive execution of Sandisk’s enterprise data and AI platform strategy. You will partner closely with product leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to build and scale ashared, secure, and unified data platform along with AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities, includingagentic AI systems.

This is a hands-on role focused onplatform development, agentic AI enablement, orchestration, and delivering measurable business value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution

• Execute the roadmap forEnterprise Data & AI platform capabilities
• Translate business and technical strategy intoclear product features and priorities
• Balancenear-term delivery with long-term platform evolution and reuse

2. Platform Product Management

Support development of core platform components:

• Data Platform

  • Data lakehouse and enterprise data products
  • Semantic layer and governed data access

• AI/ML Platform

  • Model development, deployment, and lifecycle (MLOps)

• Generative & Agentic AI

  • LLM-powered applications andagentic workflows
  • AI agent orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph
  • Shared AI services and reusable components

• Partner with engineering to ensure solutions are:

  • Scalable, secure, and production-ready

3. AI & Data Use Case Delivery

• Drive intake, prioritization, and execution ofenterprise AI and agentic AI use cases
• Support transition fromPOC → production → reusable platform assets
• Enable business teams to leverageLLMs, agents, and AI-driven automation
• Trackadoption, success metrics, and business impact

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture
  • InfoSec, Legal, Procurement
  • Business stakeholders across functions
• Ensure alignment withResponsible AI, governance, and security standards
• Clearly communicatetrade-offs, priorities, and outcomes

5. Adoption & Developer Experience

• Define and improvedeveloper and user experience for the Data & AI platform
• Support onboarding viadocumentation, templates, and self-service tooling
• Drive adoption ofagentic AI frameworks and reusable workflows

6. Product Execution Excellence

• Own and maintain:
  • PRDs, product backlogs, and user stories
  • Release plans and delivery milestones
• Use tools such asJira and Confluence to manage delivery and collaboration
• Partner with design teams usingFigma to define intuitive user experiences
• Ensure high-quality outcomes throughAgile execution

Required

• 5–10 years of experience inproduct management or technical product roles
• Experience withdata platforms, AI/ML systems, or developer platforms
• Strong understanding of:
  • Modern data architectures (lakehouse, pipelines, semantic layer)
  • AI/ML fundamentals andGenerative AI (LLMs, agents)
  • Agentic AI design and orchestration concepts (e.g., multi-agent workflows)
• Familiarity withLangGraph or similar frameworks for AI agent orchestration
• Experience usingJira, Confluence, and product/design collaboration tools
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Preferred

• Working knowledge ofPython for data/AI workflows or prototyping
• Experience with modern data stack (e.g.,Databricks, Spark, Langraph, Kafka)
• Familiarity withMLOps and LLMOps practices
• Experience scaling GenAI and Agentic AI solutions frompilot to production
• Exposure to enterprise or regulated environments
• Experience withFigma or similar UX design tools
• Domain experience insemiconductor, manufacturing, or supply chain

• An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
• The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
• You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
