Role Mission

Lead the successful delivery of web development projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This role serves as the bridge between clients, content teams, designers, QA, and developers, driving collaboration, process efficiency, and the successful execution of projects built on WordPress and other web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate web development projects from initiation to delivery.

• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, and the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, QA, and Content.

• Manage projects built on WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

• Oversee content management within the CMS, including the upload and maintenance of copy and digital assets (images, videos, and other multimedia resources).

• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.

• Monitor project risks, blockers, priorities, and overall progress throughout the development lifecycle.

• Drive continuous improvement of processes and project management methodologies.

Skills & experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Digital Project Manager.

• Experience managing web development projects.

• Hands-on experience working with WordPress as a CMS.

• General understanding of web application development (hands-on development is not required, but a solid technical understanding is expected).

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

• Previous experience working in digital agencies, advertising agencies, or retail companies.

• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and software development processes.

• Intermediate English proficiency
