Salary Range: 1500  - 1800 USD/Month

Monday to Friday- 8 am- 5 pm EST 1 hour lunch break

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Director of Talent Development & Operations to help lead and strengthen the people operations engine of the company.

This role is responsible for overseeing employee development, workforce operations, coaching, HR support, retention initiatives, and internal team performance across SallySupport’s growing remote workforce.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, operationally minded, and experienced in managing and developing remote teams within fast-paced service organizations or BPO environments.

This is not a traditional HR role focused only on policies and administration. This is a leadership role focused on helping to build a high-performing, scalable organization capable of maintaining exceptional talent quality, employee experience, and operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Development & Coaching

  • Provide ongoing coaching and development support to SallySupport team members
  • Help employees improve communication, professionalism, accountability, and client interaction skills
  • Support employee growth and career development planning
  • Identify high-potential team members for future leadership opportunities
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

HR Support & Workforce Management

  • Resolve HR-related concerns and interpersonal issues between team members
  • Support conflict resolution and employee communication
  • Monitor employee morale, engagement, and overall workforce health
  • Help ensure a positive and professional remote work environment
  • Support employee retention initiatives and workforce culture development

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Develop and monitor workforce KPIs and accountability systems
  • Conduct employee check-ins, reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Create performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Monitor attendance, responsiveness, professionalism, and operational consistency
  • Help maintain high standards across the SallySupport workforce

Recruitment & Talent Operations Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment department to support workforce quality
  • Help improve onboarding systems and hiring standards
  • Support interview frameworks and talent evaluation processes
  • Assist in building scalable people operations systems as the company grows
  • Work closely with recruitment leadership to support long-term workforce planning

Client & Operational Support

  • Support client-facing workforce reporting and communication initiatives
  • Help ensure employees are properly supported within client environments
  • Identify operational risks related to staffing or employee performance
  • Assist leadership in maintaining high placement quality and client satisfaction

Payroll & Administrative Coordination

  • Assist with payroll coordination and workforce administration
  • Help manage employee records, schedules, and operational documentation
  • Support workforce policy implementation and internal operational processes

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in People Management or Human Resources
  • Experience managing remote teams or workforce operations
  • Experience in HR, BPO operations, recruitment leadership, or talent management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
  • Highly organized with strong operational thinking
  • Experience coaching and developing employees
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

  • BPO or outsourcing industry experience
  • Remote workforce management experience
  • Healthcare, home care, or service industry experience
  • Experience managing KPIs and employee performance systems
  • Experience supporting payroll or workforce operations
