Seeking a Salesforce Techno Functional Lead to lead requirement discovery solution design stakeholder engagement and delivery execution across Salesforce programs The role requires strong business consulting skills combined with hands-on technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem

Required Skills Experience

8 years of Salesforce experience with a blend of functional and technical expertise
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Salesforce Platform
Hands-on experience with Agentforce including AI powered agents prompt design agent configuration and business process automation
Expertise in business requirement gathering process analysis and solution design
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Experience with Salesforce data modeling security architecture and platform configuration
Strong understanding of integration patterns APIs and middleware platforms
Experience leading workshops stakeholder discussions and client presentations
Familiarity with AgileScrum delivery methodologies
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross functional teams
Experience with release management deployment strategies and governance frameworks
