Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilledSalesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise inService Cloud,Omnichannel integrations,Genesys contact center integration, andAI enablement using Salesforce Einstein. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadend-to-end Salesforce solution architecture focusing on Service Cloud features, including case management, SLAs, and knowledge base design.
  • Architect and designintegrations between Salesforce and Omnichannel platforms (voice, chat, email, and social).
  • Design and implementintegrations with Genesys Contact Center leveraging Salesforce CTI, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • EnableAI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein (Bots, Next Best Action, Analytics, Sentiment Analysis, and Predictive Insights).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Establish and enforceSalesforce best practices, data governance, and security frameworks.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and provide technical leadership to development and support teams.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and ecosystem advancements to continuously enhance solution strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 13+ years of overall IT experience, withminimum 5+ years in Salesforce solution architecture and design.
  • Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Service Cloud,Omnichannel, andCTI integrations.
  • Proven experience integratingSalesforce with Genesys Cloud or similar enterprise contact center platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge ofSalesforce Integration Patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware such as MuleSoft).
  • Experience implementingSalesforce Einstein capabilities (Bots, Next Best Action, Analytics).
  • Deep understanding ofSalesforce data modeling, security, governance, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Salesforce Certifications (Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Integration Architect
Nice to Have
  • Experience withExperience Cloud orSales Cloud in addition to Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity withAI-driven service automation,chatbots, orGenAI capabilities within Salesforce.
  • Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologies andCI/CD tools (GitHub, Copado, Gearset).
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science,Information Technology, or related discipline.
