Role Overview
We are hiring aSalesforce Lead Developer with strongFinancial Services Cloud (FSC) andBanking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise inData 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel.
This is ahands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-endSalesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
ImplementFinancial Services Cloud (FSC) – customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
Build unified customer data platform usingSalesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
Develop AI-powered solutions usingAgentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)
ConfigureOmni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
Lead code reviews, and delivery execution

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on:Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – Mandatory
Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI)
Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity)

Preferred Skills

MuleSoft / integration experience
CI/CD tools (Autorabit,Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
Salesforce security & compliance

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
FSC Accredited Professional
Data Cloud / AI certifications

Ideal Candidate

FSC SME with strong development background
Experience inbanking digital transformation programs
Proven ability tolead teams + deliver hands-on solutions
Strong stakeholder communication skills
