Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments
• Proven experience managing end‐to‐end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Hands‐on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git‐based version control systems
• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments
• Exposure to multi‐org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
