Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience inSales Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Hospital/Healthcare operations
• Experience withsales order lifecycle / order processing
• Experience withinventory management, allocation, reconciliation, and billing
• Experience resolvingbilling, pricing, delivery, and order discrepancies
• Experience processingsales order/invoice adjustments and disputes
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred
• Strongproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• StrongExcel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to workindependently/remotely
• Comfortable working cross-functionally withsales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Professional and proactive approach to customer/sales requests
