The Technical Support Specialist will join a dynamic customer experience team and become an integral part of the company's day-to-day operations. The role will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to German-speaking customers, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Role description:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls;

  • Provide accurate technical information regarding products;

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and offer clear, effective solutions;

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures;

  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems;

  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets;

  • Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication style.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) – C1 level;

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail;

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools;

  • Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.
