What we're looking for is someone who is friendly, driven, dependable, and ready to learn.

🏁 What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a fun, comfortable dealership experience

• Ask questions and listen to understand what each customer is looking for

• Learn the Toyota lineup and help customers find the vehicle that fits their needs

• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features in an easy-to-understand way

• Take customers on test drives and help make the experience exciting

• Build relationships and follow up with customers throughout the sales process

• Work with the sales team and management to help customers complete their purchase

• Stay organized and keep up with customer follow-ups

• Work toward individual and team goals

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first hello to the delivery of their new vehicle

Qualifications

No automotive experience? No problem. No previous sales experience? That's okay too.

We're more interested in yourattitude, personality, and willingness to learn than what's on your resume.

• No previous car sales experience required

• No dealership experience required

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Friendly, outgoing personality

• Comfortable talking with and meeting new people

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and accept coaching

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Dependable and professional

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Valid driver's license

• Must be willing to learn about Toyota vehicles, products, and the sales process
