• Welcome customers and create a fun, comfortable buying experience

• Talk with customers to understand what they're looking for

• Learn about Kia vehicles and help customers find the right fit

• Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features

• Build relationships with customers and follow up throughout the buying process

• Work with our sales and management team to put together great deals

• Stay connected with customers after the sale and help build repeat business

• Work toward individual and team goals

• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the dealership every day
