JOB SUMMARY
The Premium Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales and service operations for premium seating offerings at ChaifetĹĽ Arena for Saint Louis Billikens Men's Basketball. This role focuses on new business development for Men's Basketball, growing apersonal book of business, and delivering excellent customer service while actively crossselling across all product lines for ticketed Billiken Athletics events. Ideal candidates will bring previous sports sales experience, preferably with an inside sales program or equivalent high-volume outbound environment.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sells and prospects new season tickets, with a primary focus on premium seating and suite rentals for Men's Basketball
Achieves and exceeds sales goals and productivity metrics established by management team
Creates and develops new business by regularly pitching prospective clients through virtual presentations, face-to-face meetings, phone prospecting, social selling and group presentations at events
Delivers excellent customer service and cultivates relationships with current and future fans
Works all Men's Basketball home games and home games for other ticketed sports as assigned - entertains clients, pursues new business opportunities, and answers client service and sales questions
Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM OUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
Two or more years of ticketing, sales, or related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Valid driver's license required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with a ticketing system - Ticketmaster Archtics
