Job Title: SailPoint IIQ Engineer
Experience: 4-5 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end SailPoint IIQ development, customization, support, and enhancement activities across various modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Independently work on SailPoint components including:
- Workflows
- Rules (Build Map, Correlation, Provisioning, Customization, etc.)
- QuickLinks
- Forms
- Reports
- Certifications
- Lifecycle Events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Roles and Entitlements
- Policies and SOD controls
- Tasks and Scheduled Jobs
- Perform application onboarding using OOTB and custom connectors.
- Develop and troubleshoot provisioning and de-provisioning solutions.
- Support access request, certification, and governance processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint architecture and IAM concepts.
- Experience in:

- Rules Development

- QuickLinks
- Lifecycle Management
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access Requests and Provisioning
- Good understanding of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with Web Services, Active Directory, JDBC, and other SailPoint integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with REST APIs and custom integrations.
- Exposure to SailPoint upgrades and migrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of IAM governance and compliance requirements.
