Job Description:

We are seeking a Nurse Trainer with Case Management experience. This role requires a combination of clinical judgment, case management experience, and adult learning skills.

• Facilitatenew hire, upskilling, refresher, and ongoing training in classroom and/or virtual environments.
• Deliverjust-in-time (JIT) and nesting/OJT support, coaching learners on client processes and expectations in real-world program contexts.
• Complete and maintain certification through theclient-led Train-the-Trainer program.
• Prepare and submittraining reports, scorecards, nesting dashboards, and certification trackers accurately and on time.
• Maintaintraining documentation and materials, ensuring alignment with client requirements and program standards.
• Managetraining schedules, logistics, and learning resource inventories.
• Monitor learner progress throughcase simulations, knowledge checks, and performance metrics.
• Providefeedback, coaching, and remediation during nesting/OJT to ensure learners meet clinical and operational standards before production sign-off.
• Partner withOperations and Quality teams to embed client program requirements into training delivery.
• Providerecommendations to clients for curriculum enhancements based on learner feedback, operational performance, and compliance needs.
• Design and deliverrefresher and upskilling modules based on client updates,NPS trends, or Quality opportunities.
• Stay current withpayer policies, client requirements, and best practices in adult learning.
• Coach and facilitate training incase handling, effective call management, and customer experience performance (including NPS).

Qualifications

• ActiveUSRN license (United States Registered Nurse).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to Case Management, Care Coordination, or related settings.
• Experience in Case Management or Care Coordination, with exposure to customer service or member-facing environments preferred.
• Knowledge ofMedicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements.
• Prior facilitation, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred, preferably in healthcare operations or managed care.
• Strongadministrative, reporting, and documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.
• Proven ability tocoach and manage learner performance to ensure readiness for production.
• Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to translate complex policies into learner-friendly content.
