• Adviser during Prepare and Explore phases — educating the Customer team on DRC capabilities, country content options, and configuration approaches for the two forms
• Design workshops and system walkthroughs — defining data sources, field mappings, tax code alignments, and submission rules per form
• Configuration documentation — documenting design decisions and mapping specifications for Customer sign-off
• Design and implement the complete DRC 1099 withhold tax reporting functionality
• Content activation — activating DRC country content packages and form versions for the two designated forms as necessary
• DRC settings configuration — document types, validation profiles, submission triggers, scheduling, and error-handling rules as needed
• Data field mapping — source-to-output mapping covering tax codes, business partner identifiers, company code parameters, and GL/Tax data
• Connectivity setup and verification — endpoints, certificates, and credentials for test and production environments
• Testing support — assisting Customer-led unit, integration, and UAT, including defect triage and functional remediation
• Knowledge transfer — continuous throughout the engagement, including operator training for monitoring, exception handling, and reprocessing
• Operational documentation — DRC runbook, troubleshooting guide, and go-live readiness checklist for the two forms
• Go-live and hypercare — cutover support and post go-live assistance within available hours
