Senior Product Manager (UAE)

ACCELLOR is looking for an experiencedSenior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and evolution of enterprisedigital and web-based products.

The successful candidate should combine strongproduct management, technology consulting and business transformation experience, with the ability to work directly with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders.

Experience acrossprocurement, operations and enterprise business processes would be particularly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• ·       Own the end-to-endproduct vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for digital/web applications.
• ·       Translate business strategy and executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
• ·       Partner directly withCEOs, C-suite executives and senior leadership to understand business requirements and strategic priorities.
• ·       Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization and roadmap planning.
• ·       Work closely with UX/UI, architecture, engineering, DevOps and delivery teams.
• Define user journeys, product requirements, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Prioritize features and manage product backlogs based on business value and user impact.
• Drive development and enhancement of modernweb and digital platforms.
• Bring strong understanding ofprocurement and operational processes into product design and prioritization.
• Conduct workshops and executive presentations and communicate product recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure products deliver measurable improvements in customer/user experience and operational efficiency.
• Support digital transformation and AI-enabled product initiatives where relevant.

• Total 8-10 years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and Computer Vision projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and governance.
• Coordinate MLOps activities including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executives.
• Prior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projects.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, and MS Project
• Knowledge of Big data, Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQl Server
• Knowledge of AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or Reporting
• Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Identify opportunities/gaps to drive new projects, drive discussions with stakeholders to build required collateral to seek funding for new projects
• Identify opportunities to expand business.
