Hiring: Lot Attendant

• Pay: $18.50 Hourly
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 9 am to 8 pm and 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Sales Manager.

This is just a starting point as we are BIG on supporting internal growth! We often promote our employees into other roles including sales support, service advisors, office staff, and even management positions.

What You'll Do

• Move and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize vehicles that you need to prep for delivery or wash based on general appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of automotive service experience is ideal. We will consider candidates with receptionist, sales, customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience
• A positive attitude and be customer service friendly
• Be able to navigate technology with ease
• Be passionate about the Toyota brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
• Professional in appearance and communications
• Comfort in operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The hourly earning range for this position is $18.50-$20.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
