As aRF Test Engineer, you will join our Guildford team to support our activities within theconsumer products sector. Are you an experiencedRF Test Engineer looking to contribute tocutting-edge testing projects? Join ALTEN and support aradio testing initiative forconsumer products in alab-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring thesmooth operation of RF testing processes, working with advanced equipment and collaborating with a dynamic engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• ConductRF testing using equipment such asspectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• OperateRF chambers and ensure compliance withtesting standards.
• Assist in theday-to-day scheduling and execution of lab activities.
• Collaborate with theengineering team to validate and test products.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, orrelevant technical military background with equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience inRF testing.
• Hands-on experience withspectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and RF chamber operations.
• Strong understanding ofRF principles and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in astructured environment, ensuringaccreditation and compliance with standards.

Desirable Skills

• Experience withautomated testing systems ortest scripting.
• Familiarity withindustry-specific testing standards (e.g., ETSI, FCC, or similar).
• Knowledge ofconsumer product testing and validation processes.
