Lead Installation Operations for a Growing Home Improvement Industry Leader in the Sarasota area!

Window Nation is seeking an experiencedInstallation Manager to lead installation operations, contractor partnerships, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and warehouse performance for our Sarasota market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations leader with experience in window installation, residential construction, field operations, service management, project management, contractor management, or home improvement operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

AsInstallation Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead installation operations for replacement windows, doors, and siding projects throughout the Sarasota market.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage installation team members and contractor partners.
• Oversee installation crews, scheduling coordination, quality inspections, and project completion.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for installation-related customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory levels, materials availability, and warehouse audits.
• Conduct job-site visits, quality audits, remeasurements, and performance reviews to maintain installation excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure jobs are properly prepared, staffed, and completed on schedule.
• Monitor crew performance, quality metrics and scores, operational results, and project profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of relevant leadership experience
• 4+ years of general construction knowledge
• 3+ years of customer issue resolution experience
• 1+ year experience with windows, including measuring and service; installation experience in lieu of service
• Experience working with installation crews
• Valid driver's license with ability to maintain a driving record that meets company insurance requirements

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree or other secondary education preferred
• Experience with warehouse management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
• Customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environments

Compensation & Total Rewards: The expected salary range for this position is$70,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, business needs, and internal equity considerations. Eligible employees may also participate in performance-based incentive programs and receive a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
