Confirmation Specialist

Window Nation is growing fast, and we’re adding to our Call Center team in Fulton, MD. We’re looking for aConfirmation Specialist who enjoys talking with people, paying attention to details, and keeping schedules on track.

This role combines outbound calling, appointment confirmation, and accurate data entry to help customers feel prepared and informed. If you like structured work, clear expectations, and being part of a team that values reliability and professionalism, you’ll feel right at home here. 

Core Responsibilities

• Calling customers to confirm appointment dates, times, and details
• Reviewing and updating customer and appointment details to ensure data accuracy and eligibility requirements
• Communicating clearly about reschedules, cancellations, or changes
• Updating and documenting call outcomes accurately in company systems and databases
• Partnering with sales and scheduling teams to share updates with customers and finalize appointments, while keeping calendars accurate
• Answering questions and resolving basic scheduling issues
• Delivering a courteous, professional, and positive customer experience on every call

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of at least 6 months of direct experience in a call center, customer service, sales support, or similar customer-facing role
• Ability to accommodate work schedules between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM plus one Saturday or Sunday shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Clear and professional phone communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation across multiple systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools
• Good judgment and the ability to work independently
• A positive, team-focused attitude 
 This is an onsite role at our headquarters in Fulton, MD (Howard County). Candidates from Columbia, Laurel, Clarksville, Maple Lawn, Hanover, Severn, Annapolis, Baltimore, College Park, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. 

• Starting pay of $21.50 per hour
