Parts Dispatcher Responsibilities:Develop, alter, and optimize delivery routes utilizing an electronic routing systemHandling all customer inquiries regarding orders by phone or emailThe ability to organize and direct drivers on their deliveriesMust be willing to participate in training and to perform other duties as requested by managementDevelop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the dayCollaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customersAct as a communication liaison through the Bluetooth phone and answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the roadCultivate strong relationships with drivers, order pickers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changesMonitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveriesThe ability to stand, sit, crawl, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp.Works in a covered area but will also work outside at times and could experience heat and cold, hazards and noise Parts Dispatcher Requirements:Strong Computer and communication skills requiredMust be able to work in varying temperaturesCapable of understanding and recognizing parts numbers and source codes to ensure proper selection of partsAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Ability to interact well with others.Exceptional attention to detail.Works well in a team environment.1-year preferred experience in a Truck Dealership or Parts SupplierHigh School Diploma or equivalent; one year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Training in Dealership environment. $23-$25 hourly Tuesday - Friday 11:30am- 8pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm CAIND-Parts
