Reporting intoCorporate Strategy Senior Manager, we are searching for a team member to join us asManager, Corporate Strategy, APAC.

TheManager, Corporate Strategy, APAC will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies across a diverse range of initiatives within the region. This includes, but is not limited to, developing regional and country strategies, creating business cases for greenfield investments, and supporting mergers and acquisitions. The role will also focus on driving targeted improvements across the businesses, optimizing supply networks, and leading operational enhancements.
To excel in this role, the individual must serve as a strategic partner across diverse cultures and business units, building alignment and driving initiatives that create sustainable value for the organisation. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about leading high-impact strategic projects, capable of working independently, and eager to contribute to and learn from a diverse range of topics.
What you will be doingÂ
Regional Business Strategy: Spearhead high-impact regional strategy projects that drive transformative results and accelerate business growth
Country/BU strategy: Collaborate closely with business units on targeted initiatives that drive value and enhance bottom-line performance
Performance Management and Measurement: Establish and monitor key KPIs; recommend actions for ongoing improvement
Analysis and insights: Analyze data to develop insightful reports and analyses, such as market and competitive landscapes
Communication & Presentation: Create high-quality, impactful presentations to effectively communicate business strategies and performance to regional leadership
Stakeholder engagement: Present business strategy updates and progress reports to the executive team, senior leadership and other key stakeholders
What we would love for you to have
Degree in business, finance, commerce, economics, or engineering
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Strategy consulting experience, strong financial modelling, exceptional PowerPoint capabilities, and executive communication skills
Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills; someone who thinks critically and has good judgement
Goal- and result-oriented driven approach, even in time-critical situations
Takes personal pride and ownership of the results and acts with the highest integrity
Sets high standards and is personally motivated with a high work ethic
Is an independent worker who can drive critical workstreams with limited guidance
General knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and experience in project management would be advantageous
