Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services that bridge business needs with system integration solutions. This role requires engaging with clients to understand their requirements and translating those into effective technology implementations. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping customer journeys, and collaborating on functional and application designs. The Integration Engineer ensures that the solutions delivered align closely with business objectives, facilitating seamless integration and enhancing overall client satisfaction through thoughtful and strategic consultation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing business process workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
