Position Summary

As aSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate and treat residents withspeech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to provide individualized, high-quality therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Performpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy forspeech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate incare plan meetings and discharge planning
• Conductin-service training and staff education

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree inSpeech-Language Pathology
• Active, unencumberedSLP license in South Carolina (required)
• Must meet all federal/state requirements for SLP practice
• Must maintaincontinuing education and good standing with the State Board
• Experience in askilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity withPointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
