2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Oura, are now hiring part-time Seasonal Oura Sales Specialists!

Pay:$21 per hour

Hours:20 hours per week 

Schedule: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm 

Dates: 11/2/2026 - 1/10/2027

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day after Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. 

About the Role: 

Are you outgoing? Are you enthusiastic about health and technology? As an Oura Sales Specialist, you will work within your local big-box retailer, demonstrating and promoting Oura products to consumers while creating excitement around the brand. In this role, you will build strong relationships with retail associates, create engaging customer experiences, and train store teams on new Oura features and benefits. All product and technology training is provided.

Job Description:

Day in the Life 

• Bring Oura products to life through hands-on demonstrations and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience 
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Oura and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full sales engagement, from initial greeting and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Oura brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred
• Interest in technology, health, and sales preferred
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale
• Customer-first experience mindset 
• Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
