Snack Shack Lead

POSITIONSUMMARY:

The Snack Shack Lead will provide daily direction to the Outfitters in the department to include but not limited to, high engagement customer service, drink preparation, proper food handling, inventory management and service engagement. In addition, the Snack Shack Lead will provide prompt, friendly service to guests while maintaining all food and health compliance standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This individual will complete the food and drink preparation following the company expectations, complete the sales transactions through point of sale and support other functions including Outfitter training, food and supply ordering, stocking, cleaning and sanitizing within the coffee shop.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:

• Supports a strong commitment to world-classcustomer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for allguests.
• Provides daily direction and training to Outfitters and prepares tasklists.
• Oversees department product and supplies orders preventing out ofstocks.
• Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, safety and sanitation guidelines, federal/state/local laws andordinances.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and itspreparation.
• Receive and process payments through point-of-saleregister.
• Clean and maintain all brewing equipment and report any maintenance needspromptly.
• Support and maintain inventory of all supplies and food products utilized in the coffeeshop.
• Remains knowledgeable of all current promotions for the coffee shop and the retailstore.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area and coffeeshop.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES ASASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma orEquivalent
• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma orEquivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ANDABILITY:

• Excellent organization skills and attention todetails.
• Ability to utilize recipes to create customerorders.
• Ability to maintain a neat and cleanworkspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
• Adaptability to new processes andprocedures.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:

Regularly walks, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs. Occasionally does computer work Seldom/Never sits

INDEPENDENTJUDGEMENT:

Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
