Project Manager

We are seeking an organized, results-drivenProject Manager to coordinate the planning and delivery of IT and software development initiatives. You will align cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and keep work on track from kickoff to launch.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Coordinate engineering resources across active initiatives and priorities
• Track budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization against plan
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and propose mitigation plans
• Report project status clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Monitor execution to ensure milestones are met and scope changes are controlled
• Escalate critical issues in time to protect delivery dates
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and external stakeholders
• Coordinate deployment and release activities with engineering and operations teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience delivering IT or software development projects end to end
• Cross-functional leadership ability to drive outcomes without direct authority
• Project planning skills to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and schedules
• SDLC knowledge across common delivery phases and release processes
• Agile/Scrum methodology understanding alongside familiarity with Waterfall approaches
• Project tooling proficiency with platforms such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Strong communication skills to provide clear status updates and manage stakeholder expectations
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for day-to-day collaboration and reporting
